Hyperthetically:
How would you go about getting the parts of your bike that had been wrecked paid for by the driver.
It could, hypothetically all be on CCTV that the Police could be in posession of and it could be hypothetically likely that the CPS could press for the driver to be charged with Dangerous Driving.
Imagine if it was you, your insurance wouldn't cover the legal chasing of recuperating your costs for the obvious damage caused.
Personal injury could hyperthetically be thrown into the mix but that's not really a hypothetical worry.
