My wife has been tucked up in bed with shingles, the sky has been blue and the trails have been perfect. Does it get any better*?
What a day for riding.
My ankle is slightly throbbing, my shoulders ache from pumping the rollers, my legs are stiffening after the peddling they have been doing and my mind just keeps running through the day.
All round bloody excellent*

*sorry, spent most of the day at the jump spot/pump track with some youfs
