Where do I get one and which do I need? Front right FWIW, the left is fine.

Easiest way is to buy a new hub. They're dirt cheap and then you'll have loads of other spares too. Personally I'd rebuild the wheel onto the new hub though, because I can. 🙂

What PP said. Did this with my rear XT hub...whole new hub including nice XT QR skewer was cheaper than buying the freehub by itself!

@PeterPoddy - Probably. But I'd rather not.

@scaredypants - No.

Or cheaper still, buy a whole new wheel - of the same standard and durability - from Decathlon for £21.

Yup, it's definitely the cone that's available separately!

Most LBS's will have them, easiest way is to take the old ones in as there's a couple of different sizes. If they don't have them, then google-shopping shimano hub cone brings up a few, but they're all £6+ from wheels manufacturing.

But as PP said, it's almost better just to buy a new hub off CRC or elsewhere, then swap everything, They're only £13.99 on CRC, and IME the freehubs only last a couple of years so if you've worn a cone out, the freehub won't be far behind.
