My daughter has received a £25 ITunes voucher from an overseas relative, however when we put the code in it says "code not activated", I am assuming the shop didn't activate the code at point of purchase. Going off the support monkeys they won't do anything without a reciept which we don't have and can't get...
Any suggestions? ITunes have said they can't do anything else without reciept.
