unlikely +1, a bit of a treck but i'd be up for it. however, obviously you need someone else looking to buy, for the price to increase but from my experience of property auctions they'll start at or close to the guide price!

Yes I'd love to see the trail that would come about from 1000 riders trying to agree!

I also saw the sign on Sunday, seems pretty good value to me, I know of a few riders who could stretch to it!

Probably the best idea. Form a company, build some trails, and then charge other riders £5 a pop. Soon recover the outlay.
