Having read the ST review, I bought an i-gotU satellite tracking device through Amazon. It worked well initially, but now, when I turn it on, I get a red light which indicates 'full' or 'needs to be recharged'. Unfortunately, it's empty & fully charged. I've tried resetting it through the software, but no joy.
Has anyone else had this problem please?
I contacted the seller, but he has simply emailed a label for a company in France to me & asked that I send it to them - at my expense! I'm not sure if I have any come back re this as I suspect that if I post it, I'll never see it again, end of story.
Has anyone got any advice please?
