Got to make a screw in removal tool to pull brake cable through my frame so does anyone know what the bore size is please , swapping sram code r for hope if that helps
I have the answer, but not to your question. What you need is one of these. They come with retail-packaged Reverbs and possibly some other RS/SRAM stuff (you may already have one without knowing).

Assume you mean hose, not cable. Shimano have two sizes, 2.1mm and 2.3mm. I presume the others are pretty similar.
