doesn't look too good - looks like the sprocket teeth are over to one side of the links of the chain. Do the teeth on the front ring squash up against the other side of the links? If so, then definitely out & adjust spacings so they run more equally.
well searching round i think it seems to be out by 7mm ?? doesnt look that to me but im gonna dig out my old crank and try a 118mm bb with it and it should be bang on then. i shall see 😉

think ive sorted it current rear disc mount cog is 53mm chainline so if i use my old truvative chainset that is 113/118 for 48.5/51mm chainline ,and fit the bb ive found 122.5 at local halfords that should give me 53.25mm chainline . shouldnt it 😉
Your rear mech has fallen off and you forgot to put on the rest of the cassette.

tree the freewheel is on otherside how do you know its not got a cassette on 😉
