... the organisations who are meant to be taking up the running of services want to get out of providing services. BBC Breakfast ran a bit about the MS society wanting to close its homes and just give people money to go on holiday. Anyone get the feeling both sides have been listening to the same experts who have 'forgoten' to mention they're selling the same pup to all sides.
