Got some on the mmmbop but worried about a light set of rims. Width wise they are fine. Any horror stories or am i being paranoid?

Serious answer: presumably you rode them before and they were fine? Then is your riding about to change?

full sus gives more leeway doesn't it to clumsiness? A very rigid alu rear end has no give what so ever so the wheel (and tyre) take the front?

Properly strong.

I use them on my Yeti ASR5 with Pro III SPXC3 hubs. I'm a 14 stone downhiller who plays at XC/trail riding, and I've never even had to true my 355's. Currently with 2.35 Halo tyres for playing on the jumps and drops in the woods.

A bit flexy though...

If you're clumsy HT may make a bit of a difference, most clatter into stuff on suss tho.

I've got 355s and have had them for about a year. Used on my PA, I've had one ding on the front. Definitely very strong but at the same time I'm always slightly paranoid, however unwarranted, they will fold on the next jump etc...got to have faith in your components so in hindsight maybe should have got Arch or Flows.

Had mine for a few months on a 130mm FS and had no issues at all. They do seem to scratch quite easily though

I'm going to have to replace the one on my rear of my ht. Thumped it hard on something square edged I didn't spot going down a rocky descent on a night ride. Was running it tubless and it didn't loose pressure which I was impressed with but too out of shape to get a tyre to seat properly tubless now so limping along with a tube in it until I find the time to rebuild the wheel with a crest.

flexy as **** but resilliant

only time ive buckled mine is when the spokes decided they wanted to snap - who ever heard of stainless steel spokes rusting - my sapims did just that - so rebuilt with DT

but they dont inspire confidence when cornering hard - mines are on my race bike-doesnt stop me doing it though
