I've just bought a frame which is covered in the stuff. Great for protection but it's looking dirty/scruffy on the edges so I'd like to remove it. I tried gently peeling some but it appears to have lifted the lacquer. So, how do I do remove it without damaging the lacquer?

Cheers guys

Hair dryer?

I always find doing a shonky job of putting it on in the first seems to help mine come off all the time ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Cheers Gary

I'll give the hire dryer a go.

Just one problem - We don't have one in the house so I'll ask the ladies at work for a loan tomorrow. However, I do have a Bosch heat gun - stand back, aim, fire!
