I've discovered the secret - send them an e-mail asking why you can't cancel an order that's processing despite the fact it won't dispatch until tomorrow (I decided after ordering it was worth paying a little more for faster dispatch - haven't had same day dispatch from CRC for ages). The reply apologised for the inconvenience that I couldn't cancel because they had already dispatched 😯
