Off to Morzine on Friday for a week and im thinking about hiring a guide for a day how much can I expect to pay and would it be worth it. There is only the 2 of us.
Do you really need a guide? Its all obvious, and what isn't can be found by exploring..
What do you want dh or xc?
All mountain riding not into massive drops and boulder gardens but dont want to do too much pedaling. Ours bikes are a Lapierre froggy and trek remedy
Just follow your nose or any of the other riders. Never had a guide, always had an amazing time. Been 5 times since 2005.
This year was the best. Found loads of new tracks and they seem to be really into building new trails.
Edit - I can give you directions if you like but it is really straight forward..
I would just head for all the blue runs and some reds
I have just returned from le gets / Morzine and did pretty much every thing on a Pitch Pro a Stumpy
you'll be fine
