Just pondering over a little brake upgrade and I was wondering what sort of money some 50 odd mile old Avid Elixir R's with Carbon levers are worth at the moment.
Is £150 too optimistic?? 😛

To put it into perspective, I sold my set of BNIB Elixir 5s including 160mm rotors, adaptors etc for £130.
Oh, so without 'box' and all It'd be circa that £130 then?
How much would they fetch in the classifieds?? 😛
Do you have rotors? If not, you'll struggle to get more than 120.

I paid £90 for a complete set in unmarked condition last week. They're good brakes, but there are a lot out there to choose from.
Look on CRC as they are on offer. I just got brand new 5's + rotors for £160 so I'd pay about 1'2 that for 2nd hand as I wouldn't be getting a warranty and have to take a risk on your honesty.
Ahh... I see I have all the G3 Cleansweep rotors and new pads should anyone want them. Would £130-40 be a more realistic target then? Or less still? 😛
