so, I'm sure this has been answered many times already, but I couldn't find it!
Can anyone help with how low the saddle will go on a islabikes cnoc 14 small? Son is just 3, and confident balance biker. Snag is that he's completely wearing out his shoes (within 3 weeks!) using them as brakes...
So, I could get him a better balance bike, with brakes. But, I'm kind of wondering why not now move straight up to a cnoc, and get him going pedalling? BUT he is pretty short. His balance bike saddle is about 34cm from the ground.
Question is then, cnoc 14 small owners - how low will your saddle go?
I also heard there's a hack for getting the saddles lower with a bmx saddle - anyone light to shed on that?
THanks!
Min inside leg for Cnoc 14 small is 34cm so I assume that you would be fine.
We’ve got a cnoc 14 small. Will go and measure it once bedtime at the zoo is concluded...
My boy had a Cnoc 14 small at that age and loved it, we've got rid of the bike now, but the islabike website has a lot of info on it, I'm sure you can use it to work out whether it will fit your son.

It does indeed have loads of info, but oddly, not the lowest saddle height. I think it's the same as the minimum inside leg but wanted to be sure.
(I wanted to compare with what he's got)
Just over 40cm
Watch out for people measuring the older ones. Newer ones are sure to be longer, lower and slacker 😉
