Follow up to the other Crackencal thread. My cracked bike has gone into the shop today but they wouldn't even hazard a guess at how long it would take. Anybody out there been down this route [a lot I suspect from the posts] who can give me an idea how long their warranty frame took?

A mate of mine was waiting for ages.......that's because the LBS never sent it!! Once it got sent it was turned around within a week but that could have been Madison trying to make up for the LBS's inefficiency.

About 3 weeks from start to finish.
Madison are now very good with Commencal warranty issues.
