Grind it off and fit a clamp-on mech?
Get it welded and don't do the bolt up so bloody tight in future?!?! 😉

Grind it off and fit a clamp-on mech? or a band on adaptor and your old FM.
A tag of weld would do the trick, probably save the paint as well.
Or shape a piece of steel to go over it tap it the lug.
But if it was mine, i'd get it warmed up pushed back in to the right shape and little tap of weld on it .
And i'll say "bad luck did you lose the chain?"
