[Closed] How do you trim hoses and bleed Shimano brakes?

I know there will be plenty of people here who have tackled this easy task (!), just went to make sure I've got it straight before I bugger it up. Ta

you'll be needing some new olives, unlike hopes which you can reuse the olive, LBS usually have these for free or cheap

You don't need a tool to fit the olive but the little clamping blocks to hold the hose to knock a new insert in are pretty useful.

At the beginning of Mike Davis's article it says about pulling the hoses out of the lever reservoir - a little squeeze of the lever is needed to budge them..
