I've a set of Menja forks which I've been running for about 14 months but now they feel very stiff and seem about to seize.
Does anyone have the instructions on how to take them apart and service them? Cheers.

Ahhh, go on ..... ! They are sooooo unrideable now and I'd like them as plush as I can get them ready for Enduro6.
