[Closed] How do you remove the V-brake fitments on your fork and frame?

I remember it being hard but this is ridiculous! Any ideas? It's the bits the v-brakes bolt on to.

Just did this - adjustable spanner, cos it's not quite 9mm....

When that fails, use file to make it flatter and then again adjustable or put whole thing in a vice.

OK, finally got them off with molgrips. It was not easy..
