Just starting doing this last week for some reason and I can't work out how to stop it!!.

You could try throwing your mobile into a bucket of water or under a truck. Pretty sure both of those methods would solve your problem. 😉

You can disable it, although you may need to do this from a computer rather than your phone.

Settings page, then on the right under social connections, disconnect from Facebook, sorry "Faceache"

Press the Facebook button before you hit upload so it's greyed out. It should stay switched off.
