Need to send some pedals back to them, email I was given just got bounced. Anyone got a working one?

Surely you should be going through the point of purchase who should in turn be dealing with Hotlines for you?

For any warranty you need to speak to the retailer you bought the product from as the warranty lies with them, not Hotlines

well the retailer is in Canada so not really practical to deal with them, I contacted the manufacturer and they said to go to hotlines direct but the email address they gave me bounced back
