Just got a frame with a hope headset fitted, but the fork was fitted to a new frame by a shop the other week, and they haven't returned the headsets 'lower race' with it.

Obviously my m8's gunna chase for the bit, but if we can't get it back I see CRC stock spares, but how do I know wheither I need a new or old lower race?
