After hearing some creaking from my hope headset, I thought i would strip it down and grease it up. I have got stuck at the split wedge, which will not come out.
I have tried levering it uo with a screwdiver, and tried a rubber mallet on the top of the steerer to drop the forks out, but to no effect.
Anyone got any tips to get my forks out?
