How long are they is it 15 or 20mm? I've got some that I could measure but is the length measured on just the threaded section or the whole length of the bolt including the head?

The length is the threaded section and it's 15mm (actually 17mm + fixed washer).

...Assuming that the bolts that come with the mount adapters are 17mm as well?
