I'm off on Sunday. Do they have, like most shows, a load of stuff they sell off at the end of the cycle show?

There's a small retail area but not much else for sale, shimano musettes are everywhere though,

I could have easily lifted someone's 50d left on one stand unattended

The Pace stand was the nicest I thought, nice singlespeed and nice steel hardtails.

more likely that things will get stolen by the security and cleaning staff than anyone else

i just don't get exhibitions like that, i work at too many of them. the few i've been too out of choice have bored me senseless.

walk round looking for the fittest promo girls (aka booth bitches)

fill pockets with free stuff

that's about my limit

It's actually boring, plenty of fixies, electric bikes, few new bits. Good deal on subscription though.

Not much going on then? Not to take anything away from the Cotic.

Yep I was pretty unispired by it all too. Having said that I've been going to bike shows for some years now. Good to see more BMX there this year.

Highlights for me were Emily on the Pace stand, the BMX rad doods showing off on the ramps and getting lunch at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen (about 200 yards on down across the road from Earls Court).

Oh and the product for me strangely were those funky coloured bike hanger made from plastic.

I really enjoyed it. Chatted to lots of nice people, saw some cool kit, got some freebies and met Alberto Contador and got his autograph.

Also watched the new Cotic Soda being built up.

A pretty good day out all in all.

it's not going into production......so far (unless a lot of people take an interest) it's for their female team rider as she'll be racing CX in Belgium and Cy did this as a one off, so no idea of price

You missed the early world-scoop shot of the frame, and Cy with no pants on.

Good to meet most of the people we met, some not so good!

Not sure what to make of the show tbh, there were some nice things there and some tat too.

That Pace SS was one of the nicest bikes I've seen for a while.

Yeah I liked that Pace, the chroming on the stays is a neat and practical touch, good to see there was a hanger for a rear mech on it ๐Ÿ˜€
