Ive come to bleed my shimano xt785 brakes and low and behold ive lost the clear tube that goes on the caliper and syringe where the heck can i get one from

Windscreen washer hose from your local car parts supplier should do the trick, take your syringe with you to get the right internal diameter.

Don't panic.
Air rises. Get caliper as low as poss, lever horizontal, fill from reservoir at top. Take your time, squeeze lever gently, watch bubbles, top up, repeat, takes ages but p'easy really.

Got mine in B&Q. I think it was the same aisle as the nails and screws (opposite side). Cost about £1.50 for a metre.
