Take it to a frame builder who can reeme it out?

How do you spell "ream"

Post will get it though

With Steel frame you can upside down it and pore caustic soda in to dissolve away enough alloy to loosen. Don't know about Ti though?

Plusgas:

Spray leave to soak, try twisting via a saddle.. no movement, go back to the start.

You could also try heating the seat tube with a hair drier or tie rags round and soak with boiling water - to see if the metal may expand and break the join.

Also coke down the seat tube & leave to soak has been suggest
(from the BB, frame upside down)

Depending on what diameter the post is you could clamp an A-head stem round it and then put an old set of forks through the stem for more leverage to twist the post out. That's worked for me a couple of times.

Could also try tapping it into the frame. Probably seized due to some kind of battery effect so tapping in might break seal?
