I'm off out for a ride in Bristol tomorrow with a friend who's new to MTBing, we'd like to go for a pub lunch/ale afterwards. Where won't mind the copious cack we'll be covered in and will also have at least one proper beer on tap?
Ta!
Regular post-ride stop-off is The Cottage down on the dockside. They're used to muddy MTBers wandering in and out, but you may have to sit outside if you want to eat.
We (The Cheesy Riders) call in to the Mall (Clifton) just over the bridge from Ashton Court /Leigh Woods, after our night rides. Nice guy, rides motorbikes, so very damp / muddy friendly. But we do sit outside
Thanks chaps we'll give one of those suggestions a go, al fresco dining isn't a problem, as long as they're happy for us to come to the bar we'll be set.
You could pop down to the Bike Jumble as well if you timed it right!
