Can anyone tell me please what size square taper BB I need for a Simple? The BB size on the frame is 73mm so that bit's easy, but I don't know how to deal with the 107 /110 /113 / 188 options (I am guessing that't the length over the spindles, but all this new-fangled technology...!). I am trying to set it up with a Middleburn ring.

Thanks in advance

What chainset?
Normally 113 for triple for a 50mm chainline

Hmmm. I wrote"ring" but meant cranks - Middleburn 175mm cranks with a single ring.

Thanks

Thanks Hantsnightrider. That's sorted it - I have ordered a 73mm x 113.

Just not used to all these different sizes - I'm more used to the hollowtech external BB kit. Althought I must say I'm very impressed how the square taper stuff seems to last and last though no matter what you chuck at it. Cheers.
