Have been mulling 29er HT for ages, finally on-one chritmas deal dragged me in. bargain or money pit!?
Anyway, have got Inbred 29er frame, just ordered Reba's from merlin, now I need some wheels, 15mm front qr back. I get a small discount from merlin/chainreaction/wiggle/evans (3-4%ish) but nothing looks as good value as Superstar, there I said it. I'll reuse gears/brakes etc. I'd prefer 6 bolt over centrelock and I'd rather have regular J spokes and brass nipples. I want it to be a all day xc type bike. As this is all unscheduled spend, I dont want to drop a huge wedge, but buy cheap buy twice as they say. I'd go hope/stans but I'd like to stay south of £200.
Thoughts?
