Right gurus , I have a halo supa drive rear hub ive just put on the new build and when I tighten the QR skewer the wheel won't freewheel backwards ?! Any ideas ?

I've had this before though it was a while ago so my memory is hazy, are the endcaps screw on? If so try backing them off a bit, as you've probably already reasoned it's due to there being too much pressure on the freehub.
They seem to be push fit end caps , yeh the looser I leave the QR the easier it is and vice verse
Hmm fair enough, do both end caps come off? If so could they be the wrong way round? Or perhaps the entire axle? I can't remember exactly what it was when I had it unfortunately.
Do you have the little spacer in that hub? Had same issue until finally figured out where it went.
Right update chaps , I put the hub back together last night and put back in the frame and surprise surprise it seems to be fine now for some reason !! Absolutely no idea what I've done different , when I pull the free hub body out the axle is part of it and pulls out aswell , along with a small spacer part that sits next to the pawls
