2009 Giant Anthem. it's not a direct mount, and it's a top pull, but which exact one?

Hi,
Assuming you are running 3x9, you will need one of these :

or one of these :
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=20684
They are both dual pull, but make sure you get one that will fit your 34.9mm seat tube.
