Hi, manage to strip the threads in my drive side atlas crank, does anyone know of a bike shop in south yorkshire that will be able to drill it and put a helicoil in

You might be better going to an engineering firm as I doubt a bike shop will have the kit to do it.I have the same problem but non drive side on a tandem stoker chainset.So same question but in Somerset

Helicoil no, but a bush does exist for 9/16" x 20tpi pedal threads l & r.
Its too specialised for anyone but the cycle trade to have.

ANY decent bike shop will have the taps and bushes.
