I would imagine the bike may have come with a shock pump but rarely do people let go of them once bike is sold on, just go and buy one or look in the classifieds
The last couple of SC bikes i've bought didn't come with a shock pump.
Frames don't normally come with a shockpump iirc, but seemingly forks often do, or at least Rockshox anyway.

Yeah the frames brand new forgot to ask as had million other bike bits goin through my mind thought it was odd that it didn't come with one as a pair of SIDS back in the day did in fact come with a pump
The last Santa cruz I bought came with a shock pump, but it had a 5th element shock on it, not sure if that matters but....
In the past I've bought Heckler and Superlight frames. Both of them came with a shock pump and a chain stay protector.
Nope - confirmation from Santa cruz themselves they do not supply the pumps...bit disappointing considering the price
When I got my 2011 Heckler frame from Stif it came with one
