My tempest has an FSA ITA int/ext headset, which I recently regreased. On putting it all back together, I'm unable to tighten it without chewing up the little rubber seal that sits between the bearings and spacers...is this just cackhandedness (I suspect yes!), or have I put it back in the wrong order somehow?
