Possibly ! it's early days and I've only had a quick spin but recently decided I'd look into these wierd shaped bars before giving up on drop type bars altogether. I have them on an audax bike and initial impressions are that I've finally found a bar that is comfy and more aerodynamic than a straight bar set up. Don't know whether it because of riding MTBikes for so long but I've never found drops very comfy..not wide enough( even tried 48cm nittos) and on the hoods and drops the wrists don't sit naturally. recently ordered some midge bars and saw the potential for improving comfort but found them too short on the hooks. thought i'd post this up in case anyone has had similar trouble with road bars.
