Bearings in mine are goosed. Is it a full rebuild job?

It's a £20 Pedal Refresh Kit job. Takes about 5 minutes, unless you have the needle roller bearings that have run completely dry, siezed up, bearings disintegrated and outer race rusted into the pedal. Then it takes a bit longer. CB don't use the needle rollers any more...
