i have a titus x carbon of which the dropouts are wearing ,so as asked by on one i sent the whole bike to them for inspectoin after their mechanic looked at it and bent my mech hanger to suit the frame saying theres nothing wrong with my frame i argued my case ,but every response was "theres nothing wrong with your frame " so i spoke to the manager and after time talking to him he sees the damage and tells me i have overtightened the wheel (nothing in any paperwotk i have recieved has not warned me not to overtighten)after a while the manager
(who tells me i will have no more problems with the back of my bke)
agrees to let me have a new seatstay under the crash replacement sceme for £180 which i still am not happy with ,but is a solution and they send my bike home . when i unwrap my bike it is apparant there is damage the mech hanger(which was problem area and was new when i sent it to them was bent inwards with a scuff on the end and when i assembled it i had no gear indexing also the shock had been left unattached front triangle end so in transit has chipped the front triangle there is other cosmetic damage too i have tried speaking to them about it ,but the last conversation i had left the manager telling me not to call again telling me his staff will not talk to me either then hanging up on me. since rebuilding my bike i have now seen a crack appear in the chainstay on the paint and when i flex it the crack opens .so i am out of pocket have a damaged bike and dont gnow what to do or where to turn. PLEASE HELP

CAB. To be fair, it may well come down to your word against theirs. How is your evidence (the state of the bike prior to despatch)? If you have photographic proof then you are on more secure footing.

My suggestion would be to stop talking to them, put your case in writing and reserve the right to take legal advice.

Firstly then, gather your evidence (dates, pictures, discussions etc) and present it to CAB and see what they suggest. Drop the bits and bobs over next time we go out on a ride and I'll tidy it up for you.

nothing in any paperwotk i have recieved has not warned me not to overtighten

tricky one that - did anywhere say not to repeatedly hit the frame with a 2lb hammer? Have you?

As for the rest, you shoudl have got it back in now worse a state than you sent it to them in + fittign of new back end.

As above, I'd go to doign everything in writing and get legal advice.

I'd also avoid too much discussion on here, it probably won't help in getting a settlement that you're happy with.

On-One have (before today) asked the OP to put his issues in writing and we'll look at it.
