Looking for a hardtail frame for the wife, she currently rides an old Rockhopper that's a bit big for her.
Ideally I think something along the lines of a Cotic Soul, but not as expensive and probably aluminium to keep the weight down.
Just not sure what to look for to be honest, so suggest away.

Scandal is probably a good bet, you do see smaller ones about on eBay etc, Genesis maybe?
