Me first ever tyre thread 🙄
Any recommendations?

I've gone through a pair of tyres on my croozer in a couple of months of regular use 😯 not sure how many miles but 200-300ish tops
they've squared off (as I expected) but the canvas is just showing now

They were only £6 each bmx tyres from CRC, but still.
I obviously need something a bit better, is there much about for 20inch wheels?

I'm in a similar boat - the standard Croozer ones are pants!!

A similar but different question - can you get FAT 20" rims and tyres...???

Weird, my croozer original ones are going strong 2 years and an awful lot of miles in.

Maybe they changed recently.

I was going to say Schwalbe too, had some on a pushchair and they didn't puncture unlike the rubbish original ones.

You can get fat 20" rims and tyres, either 19" trials rims with 20" trials tyres (different inside diameter, same outside diameter due to the fat tyre), or if you don't want to change from standard 20" wheels, you can get various 20"x2.5" tyres. They are quite expensive though.

Most of them are listed here:

I got Scwalbe buggy tyres and tubes off amazon. Lots less puntures than the original ones.

Marathons sorted from TiRed, cheers!

DrP, other than the colour those look strikingly similar to the ones I'm after replacing

My Croozer was second hand from Stoner, the tyres that died quickly were replacement ones not originals

23" is where it's a but I reckon 21.5" will be picked soon by bugggie manufacturers.
