If you believe the stats this is impressive work

A good percentage of uploaded helmet cam footage leading to further action by the police

Will it make a difference?? Maybe , eventually when word gets round in the pub that Gary had to go on a course and it was £90 thats why hes not at the pre-match piss up

I won't hold my breath yet, their attempt at Operation Close Pass a few years back for literally a few weeks was laughable! 😆

Avon and Somerset police have had a similar system for several years and they are very good at responding to incidents.

Hope so - I used the Hants SNAP site the other day to upload video of a close pass by a van which had a distinctive and probably illegal number plate. With any luck the easy fixed penalty for the plate will help get some action for the close pass.

I submitted footage to Hants Snap a moth or 2 ago, a week later I phoned up to enquire what happend. Nothing, they hadnt looked at it and the footage was lost.

Still from vid, clear reg plate followed
