I'm after a new rear tyre and thought i'd give one of these ago. Currently have a got an old maxxis dual ply high roller that I scavenged out the garage to get me out of trouble and have loved the "strength"/lack of pucnctures from it, just abit heavy for what I need.
So whats the key to the Schwalbe Hans Dampf range?

Yes, it is called 'Gravity'. Got one on rear, a little heavier, but def stronger that the normal ones.

A little heavier! That's a bit of an understatement....the gravity version is about 220g heavier than the standard snakeskin version.

On the subject of HDs... If anybody is after a 26" Snakeskin Trailstar Hans Dampf then get in touch because I've got a pair I won that I will never use. Wrong brand/wheel size.
