Have sram gx Eagle in my bike, covered approx 300 mile from new, cleaned regular etc and looked after. Everything shifts perfect, no skipping etc, in 5th gear only (5th up from smallest gear) I get a rotation clicking noise, from the rear, cable adjustmebt doesn't sort this, can adjust until it changes gear with no effext on noise, cassette looks OK with no damage and will not make noise peddling on work stand. Any ideas?

This will probably be no help I am sure, but...
I recently had the same thing, new bike, around 300 miles, only clicking in the middle of the cassette, no problems shifting.
Took it to my LBS, to get something else sorted and they sorted the gearing whilst they were doing it.
He said something about taking all the tension off at the shifter and fiddling a small bit with the b tension.
Could well be b screw. Eagle is notoriously sensitive to setup in this regard.
