Didn't MBUK build one a few years back then give it away as a prize? Looked very nice.
I had a 2001 coupe du monde, lovely do it all bike but managed to snap the rear stays.
Saw the MTB build for sale on pinkbike, wasn't up for much considering, looks like someone bought it though
the old ones were pretty damned harsh - in no way sluggish but fairly brutal IIRR
I saw a nice mid 90's example of a Zaskar flying down Barry Knows Best in the Surrey Hills today. The bloke was carrying an impressive amount of speed over the rough stuff considering what he was riding. Hats off to him.
