Hi. Could I ask for some more details from you such as what device you are using, what version of iOS you are using and the if possible a brief description on where about you are encountering the error (downloading from the app store or launching the app).
One thing to note is that the update to the app now requires you to have iOS 8 or higher.

The app shows as being available for update but I get the error message unable to download.

Shows it as waiting then says unable to download at this time. It also shows it as an update, rather than a new app.
