I'm hoping they can do something with the real wheel I'm returning to them under warranty. Thing is they don't do the model B's anymore so not sure what the out come will be. Maybe just a new rim so I'll have a miss matched set or maybe a complete new set, who knows?
I would agree with their great customer service as well. Ordered an item sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning.
When i visited the shop earlier in the year they were superb, let me test ride their own personal bikes just to compare rides.
