I've just stripped down my lapierre spicy to within an inch of its life.
The main reason for doing so was to replace all the bearings, fixings, inserts in the rear linkage.
Whilst in the process everything else has been taken off the bike thoroughly cleaned.
Now i have the task of rebuilding it and was just wondering what requires grease, what needs threadlocking, what needs a squirt of gt 85 etc.....

Also while i'm at it if anyone has any advice/guides on how best to service the hubs it would be appreciated, its a hope pro 2 rear and the standard lapierre hub up front.
