We've had a good couple of days and they're getting the hang of it but still quite wobbly especially with starting and stopping.
Is there a big expanse of squashy-floored safetyness in London to take them tomorrow to continue their education?

Any of the major parks? Richmond, for example?

Richmond park, the non vehicle road from ham gate towards the ballet school. Watch out for the deer though

Tarmac is best - squashy floors are harder to ride on. Try to catch them before they hit the deck!

Thanks. Took them along the river to bishop's park instead and it was fine (but hot!)

Just put them in tracksuits and leave them in Croydon for the day. By the time you pick them up again they'll be able to wheelie for days!

School playgrounds are good, no traffic, flat and smooth surface.
