Day one of the long weekend and I'm already on Zapain.
Did the 'Russ Pinder' Chilterns 36 miler on Friday. Near the end we came across a pile of old c**p on a decent that sent me right over my bars. Arse biscuits.
Should have done the 100 miler with the roadies.
